Bad Customer Service

I purchased a brand new Sony Xperia Z smart phone from Sony authorized showroom, bill dated from 20-jan-2014, after 6 months my phone display is cracked during an accident. I conacted to the sony customer care center at kochin, they keep my phone and said you will not get the accidental damage protection because of six month replacement warranty is expired, i accepted that because i submitted my phone after 6 months. Then i ask about what is the other options they said you can move for phone replacement at half price or you can upgrade to a next higher model with 20% off on price. But i selected the replacement option and submitted my phone. They said you will get a call if your offer is approved it will take 7-10 days. I submitted my phone on 21-aug-2014. Previous week i got call from sony and said your replacement request is approved immediately contact sony customer care and pay 10000 rs and wait for two weeks then you will get a refurbished xperia z phone and at the time of handset handover you must pay extra 3000 because phone priced 13000. I dont know why companies like sony doing this to their customers, i checked the sony mobile site there is no genuine information about refurbished phone replacement. So i please take necessary actions.
