NOT REPLACING PRODUCT

I am having xolo smart phone, i purchased it on 18 August 2014 but from starting i am having lots of problem in that for that i visited service center many times but i am not getting proper answer.
So i send mail to companies mail id so they told me to submit my phone at service center and they told that i will get it back after 15 days being repaired.
But when they returned my phone the problem was as it was earlier.
So again i demanded to replace my phone but now they are not giving proper answer.
Please help as soon as possible.
