I bought(rather I have paid for) a Micromax Mobile Phone online on 13th November 2014, with full advance payment by credit card for a sum of Rs.4,992/-(Rupees Four Thousand Nine Hundred & Ninety Two only) from www.mulyashop.com
Since then there is no response from them on any of the following channels:
Phone- either no answer/ cannot get through as out of service area/ busy on another call on their Customer Service No.9222275394
Email- They don’t reply any emails that are sent to their given email ID “[email protected]
Online Chat- Live Support Chat on their website is always “Offline”
Contact Us Form- Only the auto response comes, no update about the Order Status from them- I have submitted this form twice already.
Hence in other words, having collected the money upfront in full, now they are not delivering the order, nor even contactable as per the advertised means of communication.
Please help, and in case they are a scam outfit the authorities should ensure that they don’t rob anybody else.
