ATM Transaction

With due respect,
I hereby complain about the inconvenience that I have to undergo as per not receiving the amount while on transaction. On 25th June 2014 I have done two transaction of 5000rs in which one was successful and other doesn’t, but the money was deducted both time but not return yet.
I had complained about it and my complain numbers are M012175125 and M012175245, the reply they gave that they have forward some document to branch which my branch refused to have.
I am a student of SRM UNIVERSITY, Ghaziabad and its like 400 miles far my base branch and really hard to get there every time they just play me to visit there.
Now for further I want to ask your to solve my problem and update my account with my credit.
