again and again deduction of balence after complaning in your forum

hello sir,
i am a student and now a days too much suffering from reliance gsm cellular service because he is deducting by balence regulary on the fraud basis of vas..i did complain many times to customer care no(198).but they are unable to solve my problem and blocked this no also.. i am too much afried before taking any recharge because when he may deduct my balence i do not know..
so it’s humble request to you that please revert my whole balence that is approx rs50.and stop this fraud process
