Unwanted deductions from my prepaid mobile balance

The last deduction history on my prepaid Vodafone no. 7872567546 shows that there have been 2 deductions which I had not authorised

1) Rs. 99.0 – DNLD_HELLO01_TVALLSOUTH_99-HELLO01STORE
2) Rs. 49.0 – DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130

I spoke to the customer care executive(198), and I was informed that the download/wap requests were made from my mobile number at around 11pm on Friday,14-Nov-2014.

I have made no such requests. Kindly look into this matter urgently, refund my balance and help prevent any such un-warranted deductions and harassments in future.

    Same problem.. I don’t know what to do next? Why they deducted 99 rupees today ? Then star TV download rupee 1

    I m mitesh sharma. my mobile num is 8758628776 . Also facing same problem. last two days. 2 times deduct balance in my vodafone account. Ist one is hello01 store is 99 and second is ndtv_value_pack is 49 . What will the next to get money . Bcoz no responce frm vodafone cusromer care
