A value added service named “Dazzling Queens” was activated without my prior consent for the same on 14th nov and rs. 5 were deduced. Then I called customer ssupport and told them tht I didnot activate the service hence I dont want it. i was told to use the number 155223 to unsubscribe and I did exactly the same. I was told that no services were activated on my number anymore so I recharged my account with 110 rs. Now they renewed the service and deduced rs. 35 again. The cuatomer support staff is extrmely unhelpful all they do is justify the deduction by falsely accusing me for activating the service.
I demand my balance back as I hadnot started the service at the first place and I took all the steps I could have before making the recharge so that I could avoid such a situation.
