I paid Rs2900 in advance for hiring internet service for 3 months from Tikona. my internet connection stopped after 3 days. I registered my complaint to the office for the same problem but the issue was not resolved as the person who was sent was not able to rectify the problem.
After few days as I got fed up from my internet connection I asked the company to disconnect my connection.
after a week later my connection was discontinued as per my request but when I asked for my refund of rs2900 which I paid initially then the person told me that he would first talk to his senior and then he will reply. nothing happened after that.
After 3 months and 15 days (approx.) I received a call from Tikona that I have a debt of rs400 (approx.) which I have to pay otherwise the company will take legal action against me. I told them the whole problem which was happened but instead of giving refund they have put a liability of Rs400 on me.
yesterday I again got a call from company stating that now I have to pay Rs2133 for the liability which now includes interest and if I fail to pay than the company will file a case against me.
