This is to draw your attention towards the fraud that has been committed against me by a mobile insurance company named SMART MOBILE TOTAL SOLUTIONS (ALL PROGRESSIVE INDIA PVT. LTD) head office address C-2/16, Yamuna Vihar, delhi-110053, registered office C 127 3rd floor, PHASE1 NARAINA INDUSTRIAL AREA, new delhi-110028(Mr. Mohit contact no:9818104512, Mr. Lucky contact no: 9560396999 owner of the insurance company), dl no 34955
I had purchased Sony xperia L from A.K communication (owner Mr. Karan contact no:9871268001 the person who sold the insurance policy ) , manglam palace ,m2k Rohini , sector 3, new Delhi 110085 on 12/08/2013.
Due to a minor fault (phone not charging) i had deposited the phone with the insurance company for repair on 04/09/2014. Job sheet no 509 @even after several reminders there was a continuous delay in the repair and i wasn’t provided any status update on being asked for and even misbehaved
Neither did there owner gave me details and were continuously delaying the date of return, When i got the phone on 22/10/2014 i.e. approximately 2 months (where as they have a 7 to 14 days return policy) after much pleading and reminders the phone which they provided is not mine but an identical phone of the same colour and model which belongs to someone else as it contains some personal information of other person, I got double sure when i cross checked the IMEI number of the received phone with its original bill both of them were different. The original IMEI number of my phone is 356605051995971 and the one which i got back had 356605052902844. To be on a safe side I had first called up the company office to tell them about their fault, they are not being sorry for their mistake and talking rudely and saying “DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN” and not showing their concern towards it, because of the several miss happenings taking place nowadays I want you to kindly do the rightful as being a costumer i had been cheated upon. And if any one missuses my phone then i will not be responsible for it. Sir I have also launched a complaint on 27/10/14 with LR No: 562484/2014
And I would also request you to kindly trace my phone with IMEI number 356605051995971 so that it does not get into wrong hands.
Please do something and intervene this matter
