Last Saturday,08.11.2014 my mobile had a talk time balance of Rs.78 which was auto deducted and on Sunday, 09.11.2014 morning became Rs.0.98. Then I easy recharged with Rs.20. As I contacted the customer care service they informed me that their systems are down and call them after some time. Though I couldn’t reach customer care during the whole day, as I got a pre-loaded mechanical message, which barred me from talking to the customer care executive. Finally on Sunday night around 10.00 p.m. my rest talk time which was Rs.14.57 was reduced to Rs.0.08. So on Monday morning, I went to Reliance Store, near Ballygunje, Kolkata and reached the customer care desk and explained my situation. He too told the same thing that ‘Systems were down’. Meanwhile, I came to know that my 3G data of 350 MB has also been auto deducted. So I again visited him around 5.45 p.m. and loadged a complaint whose no is 4124355867 dated 10.11.2014. The customer care executive told me that I will receive a sms from Reliance regarding this complaint and my problem would be solved within 3 days. Tuesday passed without much events and my mobile having a balance of Rs.0.08. On Wednesday morning, 12.11.2014 I called the Reliance customer care, and the executive named AMIT smartly told me that they are unable to do anything in these matter as in their database call records and other info were kept for only three days. So he suggested me that I should recharge again and continue with my connection. And he disconnected the call without giving me any chance to reply. Lastly, I visited the Reliance Store near Ballygunje, and met the executive named MOLOY GHOSH and told him the rest of the events. He also told me that, he too can’t do much in this case. So I returned empty-handed. So I am venting my frustration in this forum and thinking about number portability. I would never recommend Reliance to my near ones, due to the harassment caused by them.
