Micromax A210 mobile services center fraud

I had given my mobile for repairs as the touchpad was not working to SP kavya enterprises camp pune on the 5th of August.After 40 days the person calls me and tells me that the mobile cannot be repaired by them and needs to be sent to head office.

After which they stopped picking up my calls for follow up and if they picked up they told me they dont know anything.So i called the customer care number of micromax and raised a ticket but still awaiting my mobile.I also followed up in between but they would keep saying that you need to wait,After waiting for month,i called for an update. the customer care executive told me that it will take more 10 days working days.So i had asked for a call back and was shocked to hear that the person told me to wait again for another 20 working days or more.

First of all it is so hard to get in touch with them as the customer care number is not reachable it gives error saying that temporarily out of service or server lines are busy.Even they dont respond to the mails also.Just an acknowledgement would also do ([email protected]).But as they saying micromax is “nothing like anything else” is quite true.

It has been 3.5 months now now and i have no clue as to what is the status of my mobile and whether i will get in back before the technology gets outdated.All the update i get is that i need to wait…which i feel is i already did the waiting part.

Kindly request you to please look into this with urgent basis.
