I’m using Vodafone post paid connection since last 4 months. And I’ m paying outstanding bill within due date.
and on 2nd Nov my outgoing was barred, when I asked in Vodafone they said your credit limit is over that’s why outgoing is barred.( credit limit them self set as 1000)
As per Vodafone the credit limit they are also considering the un billed amount. for your information un billed amount is not actual bill amount even though they barred out going service.
Very surprising is that even TOLL Free SMS (i.e 111) also barred. And i’m unable to send SMS to Vodafone.
Every month 5th is bill generation date, when checked my bill amount was 445 RS. Again I called to Vodafone customer care asked about. they answered in very rudely & they said that you have to pay the out standing bill then only the service will be resumed. Actually the due date for paying bill is 23rd Nov-14. And it also not crossing credit limit (1000 RS).
Even though they still barred my service. I’m very much affected due to out going barred.
Please help.
And they always ask me to pay the 80% unbilled amount. As you know unbilled amount is not actual amount.
for ex: last month my un billed amount was 1773 RS, but in actually it is 445 RS ( came to know when bill was generated )
another complaint is whenever I call to customer care i.e 111 & 198, I will not get the satisfactory answers, and keep me on hold for more than 15 minutes and also they keep forwarding calls here to there.. so on.
Even after that also I will get the resolution.
