replacement of LCD regarding

I have purchased a LCD of sharp make32 inch LCD AQUOUS 32A 33M at Karaikal. It was used just 10 months time only. It went wrong. The service personal deputed by the distributor claimed Rs1500 for just for open the set only even in the warranty period itself. we have give the purchase bill to the dealer, No response. the system kept unused. we used one portable t.v. the distributor gave the email id to get contact the company. I have contact the company through mail. first time they said tv is ok after ten days. Then we said no . and request to pl chek it again. Then they send one photo showing the defect that the picture scrambled. then they said some spared coming. Then after 20 days they said it not suit. Then after 20 days they said some other spared coming. Then they said, that spares also not good enough. Then finally they said after 45 days time now the tv is ok. you can take it by paying Rs 21000/-. Pl kindly imagine sir, I have purchased a T.V for about 20000/- used for only months time, the company is asking me for Rs 21000/- for its repair. I have requested the company to kindly analysis the genuine of the issue. The distributor have also informed them that they have used the Television for just 10 months time only. I have also requested the company that since the Guarantee period is getting laspsed because of no good service engineer is not available here. and even for your direct vision, you have unable to find out the faluts and took such time. We the middle class customer, where will go and find out the solution for your product. I have asked them that I will pay Rs 5000/- stating that even if this stage this System will not go far even 2000/-( in the present market value as per the distributor) how i could pay Rs 21000/- instead any one will go far new set even lower rate of Rs 21000/. Then after 15 days time they have requested Rs 17000/-. then again I have informed them that i am not in position to pay any amount and keep the system with you. I will pray for justice. If you will i will give my pass word. kindly see the genuiness. Pl I pay your honesty and noble judgement . I have no other door step to highlight my appeal. pl
