I purchased Dell Alienware M14x , as dell was known for its service , i feel sorry for them, i am facing an issue in my laptop from last couple of months , but dell is giving me suggestions like ‘sir try to format your system and reinstall windows 7, i installed windows 8 two years ago that too with the confirmation of dell,and it was working perfectly,but just they need to make there customer to be in terrible situation ,they wont provide the service, but will just say,sir format and reinstall windows then we will provide you service,like i have time to be so foolish to be on there terms so just to prove them that i am facing a problem,they want my system to get formatted,now how insane is that.I seriously dont see any luxury to buy an alienware , i don’t recommend now on wards to buy dell product , better if i would have purchased an HP or Apple.at least they provide basic service.
