lack of sincere efforts about getting my phone delievered

I have lodged a complaint for insurance for my sony xperia c ph, complaint no: NMC 21110 dated 21 aug 2014. Now its over a month since my ph is ok but is still not delieverd to me. Also there is no effort from their side to deliever my phone. I regularly call them but they are never short of their excuses. They did’nt even provided a standby which they promised at the time of purchasing insurance. There is a lack of sincere efforts about getting my phone delievered kindly look into the matter.
