booked a ticket from red bus mobile app. Account got debited though it showed that transaction failed ,280 rs got debited from my account. and no ticket was booked. tried calling customer care but no response ticket

while booking, first transaction failed and 280 rs got debited from account.
after trying again i was able to book my seat.
280 rs got debited twice from my account.
please refund the amount for the failed transaction asap.
