I Vivek Garg R/O of Noida, Sec-49, 201301. I have submitted my Nokia phone at Nokia Care Center, Micronas Telecom, C-4, Sector-2, Noida, having charging problem.They guys committed me 1 week for the repairment and after that 1 week i started calling them for the status of my phone every after two day when i called them, they just say, sir it is still in progress and we will let you know by tomorrow about the exact status of your phone.And It’s been three week’s in total and the same thing is happening.Its really very pathetic service of their. I have submitted my phone, Nokia Lumia 720 on 14th October at the above Nokia care. The Job Sheet number of my phone is 1498 that they have provided me after taking my phone.Please do something about it so that i can get my phone back and their services becomes great.
