I purchased a mobile ZTE n799D from eBay showing that this mobile support 3G connection but it does not, it is dual sim CDMA and GSM but non of these sim slot support 3G as said by the authorised service center of Zte, they said its a MTS mobile with unlocked to support all CDMA connection but 3 G service cannot be avail , they also said if a customer comes for service of his mobile using any other CDMA connection other than MTS then his phone will be locked again after updating at service centre and his warranty get void , no 3 g support even at GSM sim slot.quite disappointed but this product from eBay my complaint and refund ID request from eBay is 1/37774770245 even after several request eBay and the seller name sandeep jain seller ID 2014CDMA given several excuse .
