Not delivered my product & say Consignee refused to accept without approaching me a single time

The delivery boy of Xpress Bees Courier didn’t approached me single time.

When I tracked my item on their website they said the residence was closed but I was there and they have not called me a single time.

Now they said “Consignee refused to accept”. But they didnt approached a single time and I m eagerly waiting for my product.

Very poor service
