Damaged item receipt and package also void

I have received the item on 18th Oct’14 and package was void and also product was damaged. I have complained the amazon people about the packaging and product but no response received.Then i contacted customer care and have conversed with them but no response or follow up from them. Now they are asking me to contact manufacture.
