I have TATA Sky connection since last two years and in this period i had faced some problems. I contacted with C.Care but could not get help and finaly I manged the same. Its too much that Since last 15 days I am facing a problem of not having connection due to disc with LNB was flew away on 12.10.2014 during cyclone ‘Hudhud’. From TATA Sky service provider I received messages of sympathy only. Some employees from Hyderabad contacted over phone and gave their sympathy words but no body from Vishakhapatnam contacted with me and my problem is still not solved. Till date I am unable to watch TV and thats why I am living just like out of society in such big city though my neighbours who have either cable connection or having different service provider are enjoying a lot since more than 10 days and they are also their sympathies are such that I am foolish. One of the employee has told me that the amount will be deducted whether service is available or not.
So, kindly do needful as early as possible.
