Block Savings Bank amount for payment of Credit Card

This is to inform you and for necessary action that HDFC Bank blocked my account by rs.48531.73 for payment of my credit card they call me to pay full amount without delay but i request them to please clear it in instalment in 10 or 12 but they are not aggred and block the account without information and i am salary earn person and i am salaried person and without any fund how i can manage my family please look in the matter and take necessary action
