Dear sir/mam,
I am arup from greater noida. I am very much disturbed by the service of HCL. I have given my laptop to the service centre on september but it has been more than 2.5 months i have not got my laptop. Everytime i call to the service centre or the customer care i get the same reply that my parts are pending. Sir i request you to please help me in lodging a complain against them.
