False communication and Very poor connectivity

Hi Sir,

I have taken Reliance Pro 3 data card and the company promised the speed up to 14.7 Mbps. However the actual speed is not touched 400 Kbps and the connection is very poor. I have complained couple of time and the issue didn’t not resolved and its really frustrating.

I hope, the company made false statements and cheating the customers on the speed connection game. Please esquire on the company, is the company really give the 14.7 Mbps speed or simply cheating the customers?
