Refund of Faulty Sony Power Bank 10,000 MAH Received.

I ordered Sony power bank on 16th August 2014 from REDIFF SHOPPING ORDER NO- 10260116 ,It was so well tht my family members asked me to order two more then i ordered on 22 Aug-2014 order no- 10311959 & 10298749 but as i recd. the courier packed i found its faulty in front of the courier guy then he suggested to call to the customer care 1800-266-2333 then i had a talk then hey asked me to send the packet to the seller at delhi city . Shri shyam telecom , n asked me to send the picture n courier docket no- for tracking , they confirmed tht i sent the faulty both power bank to delhi seller . then cust care at rediff asked me to the option how to get the refund . they asked my bank account details m every details but its more then 2 month every day im calling at customer care they say it will be done in next 24 hrs ….i hv done shopping for many sites like ebay. amazon, flipkart , but rediff is really a cheater ….such a bullshit its only due to the bad outsourcing – they hv a customer delite centre but not in use , i hv a everyday attentaince of people asking 24 hrs refund would be donee . pls help..
