Increased Mobile Bill

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am using reliance GSM service from last 2 years. Earlier It was prepaid and I was taken from one of my friend. I used it approx one year and after that I contact one Reliance person and told that transfer this number on my Documents as a proof in prepaid. They told me we can not transfer it on your document in prepaid, if you get it converted into postpaid then we will transfer it on your document. I agreed and it is then transferred. I was paying my bill with time.Earlier My credit limit was only 1000 and I m just using maximum upto 700, but in last two month they increased my credit limit automatically upto 1800 and increased my bill of one month to 1200 and next month to 1000. I called the customer care and told about this several time. Earlier they told there is some technical problem, we will help you after 48 to 72 hours.I had told them if my billing period is over and you could not resolve my problem then might be I have to pay some additional as penalty. But even though they didn’t solve my problem. They barred my outgoing after two months and after some days they also barred my incoming as well. Now their Legal consultant had called me and told that she is going to file a complaint in court against me. I had told her all this happenings but she do not want to listen and warned me to pay the bill otherwise she will see me in court. I am a student. I can not pay the false charges. I will pay only the genuine bill that I have used for services. I am requesting to Indian Consumer Forum to give me support to fight with such type of corruption which is slowly doing a harm to middle and lower class of people like me. These companies is nowadays using these technique to increase their bank balance because they know most of the people are not aware and also they do not want to go in court for such type of action. Because they have also an important work in their life to do rather than this. And these companies just using this weakness of our Indian mindset. I am once again requesting please , please, please help me regarding this.

    I hope this time your representative will help to understand my problem and try to resolve it soon, because I don’t want to involve in such type of time consuming and falsification. You know you are going to lose your one valuable customer. But I still know that this can not affect you.You have a large network and business, there available several people to whom you will cheat and do fraudulent.

    I’ve already narrated the problem and their fault but even though their Legal consultant is calling regularly and threatening me to pay the bill otherwise they will file a complaint in court. I’m a simple student and at present I’m getting training. I don’t want to any disturbance during my training. It’s all about my carrier. I’ve told several time to make my bill according to my use. I’m not responsible for their mistake. If they have made the mistake then why should I pay the penalty and extra bill. They are their own responsible for the mistake. If they will trouble me more then I’ll commit suicide and write a letter for threatening me before suicide and submit it to Nearest Police station and also send a copy to Court. Because I don’t have other way. I’m very frustrated these days about my carrier and current economic condition. Please help me to escape out from all these unusual activity of Reliance.
