Would like to bring to your notice that i purchased Lumia 925 on 10th Nov, 2013, its under warranty till date, my phone suddenly got hanged & i reached nokia service centre in malad east, mumbai, the phone was submitted by me on 8th Oct at the malad east service centre, n i was said that phone doesn’t has any software problem but some hardware issues so the phone will be sent to Chennai head office & i will be getting it back within 20 days on my approval the cell phone was sent to chennai. Now it has been 20 days today there’s not a valid status from their side, from past 2 weeks they are saying the phone has been dispatched from chennai its in transit for courier n due to to diwali festival there has been some delay, i agreed for it but diwali has ended on Sunday i.e 26th Oct, today its 28th Oct still these people are saying that we have not received courier at our malad branch.
As a proof i have the receipt given to me which clearly mentions the target date of receiving the handset as 23rd Oct, 2014 and till date i don’t have a correct status of my handset nor my cell phone in my hand.
Last 2 weeks m continuously giving follow ups at the chennai branch too, they saying you will get with 3-4 days bt m sorry 3-4 days have passed away but m still not getting my cell phone.
The phone costs worth Rs 28,000 n today i don’t have any status for it as to where is my cell phone.
Request you to please kindly look into this matter once.
I don’t trust this company any more they are simply cheating customers, on the other hand if they cannot repair it then better give replacement.
Its really very disappointing service given by reputed name NOKIA.
