I ordered Maharaja Mixer Grinder Nano through Amazon Online on 22 Oct 2014. But twice a day I am following up with the customer care since 25 Oct. But they said order was refused to accept / returned by me. I requested them to deliver the order as soon as possible for which I was waiting eagerly. They confirmed me that they will send the order. But all in vain, today when I called customer care they said that order has reached Amazon Warehouse back and can’t be delivered now. Customer care representative advised me to order online again. I told them that same order which was for 1399/- is now 2190/- online on Amazon, so if they can place the order on my behalf on the previous price. Customer care representative spoke his manager and apologized for being helpless.
Thus, I want Consumer Forum to advise and take action.
