I noticed that Vodafone has charged Rs.148.00 under Downloads section in the monthly bill for the period of 27-09-2014 to 26-10-2014.Going into the details, I see that 2 packs have been downloaded/activated without my authorization –

I have never downloaded/activated these packs. How can Vodafone charge for the packs that have not been downloaded/activated by me? Moreover surfing on the internet, I found that several Consumer Forum complaints have been launched against vodafone for the same packs.
