no action been taken even after submitting several complaints.

hi below is my complaints which i had submitted on 25th Oct.

deactivated my new 3G sim card without my knowledge

I am vodafone customer and my new 3G high speed dongle connection no is: 9923641983.
i have taken high speed 3G postpaid connect in this month (Oct’14) itself. got activated around 9th Oct’14.
suddenly on 23rd Oct my sim card was deactivated. i was shocked and called customer care they told me it was self rejected. i explained them i did not received any call from them and from activation till 22nd Oct i used it was working fine. verification and rest procedure was already done so only it was activated. they told me to visit near by vodafone store.i went on 23rd itself but since it was diwali holiday for them store was close.

I went next day i.e 24th OCT, gave them all information with alternate number to call. they told me i will get call by afternoon. i did not received single call. intact i called them 3 times….all the time customer care was so rude keep me waiting for 15 – 15 min. to get to technical team which never happened.

today on 25th Oct i called them morning 2 times still same issue keep me waiting and either call get canceld or after 15 min. forcibly i have to cut call. my money also waste.

i have already made my payments for 3G high speed dongle for 3 month. there is no reason my sim to be deactivated that too suddenly.

they did not called me, its 1st month, i already paid them for 3 month, verification and all other formality was already done so only they activated. neither they send me any mail nor sms nothing.

simply i have wasted my money ……i really do not know is this VODAFONE money making policy….
