SBI Bannerghatta branch or for that matter any one from SBI has not taken accountability for this issue for over a month. I have been facing problems in shopping/online transactions in the US with my SBI International Visa Debit card. There is no guidance /action taken for nearly a month. I am not sure if they have any time limits to resolve these issues like other banks. My father has been following up in my absence. He has been to the branch several times in person and have been trying to contact everyone possible in Bangalore/Mumbai.
Ticket OP440714027659 was closed even without any resolution/ response. I raised another ticket OP440714027659 and escalated the issue this time to Deputy General manager and chairman. I only got a mail from Ashok Menon stating that the email has been forwarded to the concerned department. There is no call or response from anyone. When my dad went to the bank, they stated that VISA might have blocked the card. They have not communicated the status of the ticket. I am really frustrated with the pain that i had to go through in the US.
I did not expect such a negligence from SBI.
