I hv purchase NOKIA LUMIA 525(white)costs 7624/- thrgh online store SNAPDEAL on 12th oct.It diliver through BLUE DART on 22th oct, it is home delivery as mentioned by snapdeal.But it is not so
I myself go to BLUEDART office at (BHOPAL 229 ground floor,nirmal bhavan,zone-1,M.P. nagar,bhopal) and get my product.BLUE DART update wrong info on my tracking no (59383466166)that the address is not exists.After 5 hrs waiting i get my product in blue dart office.Finally when i use my lumia 525 white on 23rd i found that sd card slot not working & battery shut down after usage of 1 hr.I register complain on snapdeal on 24th at 10:06am complain no 10873621.After that they told me to refund my 100% money thrugh NEFT but still the money is not refund .I continusly calling to snapdeal for my money but every time they told me that their other executive deals me in 48hrs but no one calls.A computer generated mail ask my bank details but when i submit it,it is not submited.I told about this to snapdeal but the representative only mis guide me.
Please do the necessary steps.

i suggest that no one purchase any thing from snapdeal bcs they prove very poor service and no refund is done in any situation.
