I have purchased a Brand New
Nokia XL smart phone IMEL No. 353637061493823, on 29 May 2014 from :
Future Retail LTD-E-Zone,
1St Floor, Merto Junction Mall,
Next to Bungee,
Kalyan (East)., Maharashtra 421301
My phone shows the problem after two months of its purchase. There were no display backlight and handset found liquid damage. It was under warranty so I showed that phone in the Nokia Gallery named:
POPULAR TELECOMMUNICATION

They have repaired that phone and they charged Rs. 5611/-. Thought it is in warranty I have paid that amount as I also know that it’s a Liquid damage and it is not cover under warranty. I got my repaired phone after 5 days.( Job sheet attached)
Then after 1 month the same problem arises, there were no display backlight. Completely blackout. Again I gave that phone in same Nokia Service Center for repairing, again they kept with them for 4 days, again they have charged Rs. 337/- for that issue. This time also I paid that amount. .( Job sheet attached)
Now again for the 3rd time I am facing same problem in my phone, no backlight. This time also I have gave that phone in same service center on 24th Sept 2014 and still I didn’t get my phone. It’s with them and they are saying that it’s under process. Between these big time lap I called them 3 times but I got same answer that “its under process”. Then told me that they will call me on Sunday, but still I am wondering which Sunday??? Because they didn’t call me yet. Now I have to say that what is going on????????
Does We have to repair brand new Nokia XL smart phone 3 times in a 6 months????? That is also on chargeable basis??? Then what is the use of that Word WARRENTY???
I don’t have any problem to pay those charges. But how many times I have to pay the charges for same problem??? It is not at all expected from Nokia and also from its service Center. We are the old customer of Nokia and this is not the way Nokia treat us. We are investing such huge amount for good quality and customer support only. And if that is missing there is no question of investing such amount. I have invested Rs. 11,250 on phone, + Rs. 5611/- on its 1st time repairing, + Rs. 337 on 2nd time repairing, + repairing charges for this time (if Applicable) totaling to Rs. 17198/-. Till now.
Now tell me how many times I should pay additional charges on this phone????????????? And does it work smoothly????????????
Sir, please tell me the procedure to fights against these malfunctions and malpractices so that I can get a favorable reply from this Nokia Service Center.
