Wrong practices to deduct balance

I am registering this complain regarding balance deduction from my Tata Docomo sim card with No: 8460070427.

The case is as below:

On 22nd October 2014, i had balance of 123-124 rupees in my account and additional data balance which i had got due to special recharge of rupees 22 (offers 22 talktime and 100MB 3g Data.)
On 23rd October 2014, at around 01:20 PM to 01: 30 PM, i did online recharge via freecharge for Rs 50 twice, this should add additional 82-83 rs in my account making the total balance 205-206 rs.

Now, when i checked my account at 10 PM on 23-Oct-2014, my balance was deducted to 75.89 rs.
I checked and found that i still had additional data to make sure that data was not deducted due to internet usage.

So,now i call up the service center guys at Tata DOCOMO, and after a long waiting of 4 minutes got a consumer service associate to help me, that guy told me that around 78rs were deducted from my account for “data usage”.
I was shocked to hear that because when i checked, i found that i had around 5MB of data still left in my internet pack.So,i enquired the guy regarding how the balance got deducted from main account without exhausting my internet package. One more shock was waiting for me. The guy on line told me that “THERE ARE SOME ANDROID APPS WHICH RESERVE DATA. DUE TO THAT BALANCE FOR INTERNET WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY MAIN BALANCE.”

Now, i know that there is nothing like reserve balance on android apps, if i require it then i need to do a special recharge for such SPECIAL RESERVED BALANCE.

So, i asked the service executive to re-add my balance as it is not legit to deduct balance from my main balance until my data plan is over.
Now,On 25th Oct 2014 they are refusing to do so. I still have 4.9 MB data balance in my internet pack around 75 rs main balance and do not know if using internet will deduct data balance or my main balance.

The interesting thing is that their service executive says that:
On 23rd Oct 2014, at around 2:30 PM, i had 0.37 rs in my main balance.
Inquiring how i have 70+ rs in my main balance then resulted in a dumb founded person on the other line.

I want the company to return the deductions to my main balance (around ~77 rs). Can you help me in getting it back?
