Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been an emptor of the Reliance GSM Sim Prepaid, with the Registered Number 9832741724(west-Bengal circle)since the last 7-8 years. Last Monday(20/10/14) i had a balance deduction of Rs 30, as renewal of a caller tune service VAS CRBT. Now with the renewal word it might be clear to you that i had a similar deduction of money the last month(20/09/14). When i complained last month i had been promised that no such fraudulent deduction will occur any further. But the same thing repeated this month.
Now my question to you is
1. I Had a SMS auto renewal service since the last 5 years( Rs 19 and 1 p/sms). But it was closed last month and when i inquired it with the 198 customer care i got the Info that the Honorable Indian Court had ordered against renewal of any Services. If this is true How Can my Fraudulent Caller Tune Service be Renewed??????
2. Neither i opted For any Caller tune Service Nor i asked for a renewal. My caller tune Service was closed the day my money was deducted last month. But still i got Snubbed this Month on asking for a refund.
I tried to get in touch with the reliance customer care but their tone is quite repulsive and therefore i brought this case in front of your highly dexterous team. Hope you will help me to come out with a solution and end this once and for all.Please Guide me to get a Grace of my Refund
