I ordered a 70 piece jewellery set bearing unique order no. 954446753 from Homeshop 18 on 28th September 2014 and the same was dispatched at our home as on 1st October 2014. Along with the jewellery set, we also received a discount coupon of Rs. 500 bearing the coupon code no. CF3N9QE5VKQ. But unfortunately, the gift coupon had already been expired on 30th September 2014 and we received the product on 1st October 2014. Hence, we complained about the same to Homeshop 18 and we were told that the same will be corrected and a new coupon will be issued to you. Our compliant no. was 113725051 on 1st October 2014. After a few days we inquired about the same and they again assured us that coupon will be issued shortly and again provided us complaint no. 113725103. Then on 13th October 2014, respondent from the company called us and said that you have watched a repeated telecast of the programme and so you have received expired coupon. After long discussion with the respondent, he admitted the mistake and again registered complaint with the complaint number 114709561. But till now no such coupon has been provided to us. At last I seek your kind help regarding the same issue and I would like you to investigate the matter so that such harassment can be stopped.
