Issuance of wrong UPC

Hi i am an loop moile services user my nos is 9664717970. As loop mobile services is getting shutdown i wished to port my nos to airtel. So i sms port to 1900 after calling customer care for several times i received the unique porting code (UPC). I submitted it to airtel authorities and after 2 days i received the sms that the porting code is rejected and not valid. So i started taking follow ups and was first informed that the UPC is invalid again send the sms to 1900 to generate new UPC i did the same and still did not received the new UPC then second time they told me that the UPC i received is correct and valid and they convinced me. I again resubmitted my documents to airtel authorities convincing them that the UPC is correct and still i received the rejection sms and thus i am writing this complaint against loop mobile services and requesting to take necessary actions as early as possible.
