extremely bad and faulty service

I bought kenstar geyser last year ie november 2013. As unexpected, it stopped working within its first year. I called upon the customer care to fix it. But the service is extremely poor. I had to take off from my office for 4 days just to attend the service mechanic. Even after 4 days it is not working fine and this time to work around and save his work, mechanic pulled off the faulty pressure regulator from the geyser which could lead to serious truobles like bursting of geyser. This irresposnsible behaviour is not acceptable at all. So I want compensation for the same and as geyser is in warranty period, it should be fixed asap.
