don’t receive full benefit of recharge amount

My no is 9724897408.i have check full talk time offer on *129*4#.so i found there in recharge of 222 you get 222 full benefit.so i have recharged my account with 222 ₹ on 14 October,2014 by online net banking mode. But unfortunately i have received only 197 ₹ in account.that time i thought full benefit will be received in 24 hours but after 24 hours passed i still don’t received 25 ₹ (222-197=25).so decided to call costumer care no 121.when i have call customer care.i have tell him what happened with me.then he ask me that your full benefit will be received in 24 hours.after 24 hours i still don’t received 25 ₹.so i again call 121.so that time the executive said me that your full talk time benefit will be received in 4 hours and also he takes my complaint.but after 4 hours i don’t received 25 ₹.so i called again 121.but this time the executive told me that if you recharge your account by online net banking mode you don’t received this benefit and disconnect the call.after sometime i try to call 121 but the executive ask me that please hold on i will check the details and i will waiting but call will be disconnect automatically.after that i decided to complaint against this telecom company.
