bank charge me by mistake of Tikona company

Hi,
I am Jinesh, Past few months I used Tikona internet. I paid its last bill by using cheque of Post dated. the date of cheque is 11-10-2014 Rs.740, but the tikona company submit it on 9th oct. so cheque was returned, and bank charged me Rs. 87 so I told Tikona that I will pay your bill but I will cut 87 rs. because it is your mistake, but the company is not understand, and they send their employee to my home and they behave bad things and using bad words with my mom. so please do some thing against Tikona company…
