REFUND NOT DONE BY VODAFONE&POOR RESPONSE OF CUSTOMER CARE.

Hi,
I made a online recharge for Vodafone Netcurusis Data Card in the last month (September) 26th.But the recharge was not done for the past five days.after i contacted Vodafone staff regarding this and they told your money will be refunded with in a week.but i waited till a week the refund still not done from Vodafone Netcurusis.

Then i contacted vodafone staff again and asked about the status ,they didnt tell any status regarding the issue.
I regret to state that finally i didnt get even the status of my money paid for recharge of data card through online.

Also the customer care didnt respond me,when i call them .I really upset dueto this kind of services rendered to me by world clsss vodafone. I need my money back. pls suggest me the ways to recover my amount from vodafone.
