Dear Sir,
I purchase a phone from Micromax dealer after two months of purchase there was some some problem in touch screen, volume buttons & camera colours & submited to Gurgaon based service centre (Best tech services, shop no-123, FF, Vasishta complex, Sikanderpur, Gurgaon) vide below job sheet.

I also registered my complaint to MICROMAX company after one month of above job sheet.

But till now after 2 months & 10 days I didn’t get my hand set back and not getting any positive answer from company & service center every time they tell me to wait for 4 to 5 days.
