Worst Quality product of Khadim’s.

I had bought a foot ware from khadim’s on 2nd Aug,2014 of worth Rupees- 499/-
Invoice no. :-INV/042697/14-15
I ahve used it for 2 days and with in that 2 days the colors of many places of that shoe has gone and the white surface of that show has come out, as a result the show is looking like very old one.
I went to the shop they told me that they can’t do any thing in that case. They ask me to call to the complaint helpdesk or complain them online.
I have done both of these,But no solution I got. In addition, I called up to their Helpdesk they list to my whole problem and then cut the line, and after that till now I am unable to contact them.
So, Kindly look into this matter as I am a very much disappointed customer and hoping to get help from you.
