It is a recruitment company who recruit candidates in various fields. On
28th April 2014 they called up for walk in Interview and said they
charge Rs. 1000/- as security amount and if you are not selected they
refund the amount on the spot. When I gave that Interview they said you
are selected and you will get your offer letter after one month. Many
times I follow up and called up but they said for wait some days. Once
when I visited to their at Ballupur chauk, Dehradun to ask about offer
letter they said “just wait for three days you will definitely get your
offer letter”. after three days they mailed me that you CV has been
rejected by companies. When I asked about refundable amount they said
that you will get your refundable amount only in the month of September
2014. Now they not replying nor they are mailing. Please help because according to there terms and
condition I must get my amount (registration fee or refundable amount)
in any circumstances because the amount is refundable and transferable
as the company had to pay tax (12%) on the registration fee given by the
candidate.
