Actually i have an airtel no: 8755686227
i was trying to recharge tata docomo no:7417879784 but by mistake i recharged my own no with rupees 127 through paytm site on 6-Aug-2014 at 12:13 AM .
So, what happened is the amount got deducted from my bank account & the recharge was successful but i didn’t get any benefit from this recharge because there is no recharge of this amount in airtel.
I have contacted Airtel costumer care & paytm regarding this. Airtel CC is saying that i should contact airtel office regarding this.
Then i went to airtel office they are saying they can’t do anything as it is my mistake.
Airtel Senior Manager on helpline is saying they can’t do anything.
i have said to them that recharge should not have been completed at first place & it should have shown transaction declined.
Then i got to know that rupees 99 recharge is also blocked in airtel same as of rupees 127.
then i recharged my airtel mobile with 99 but is showing transaction declined.
So, my amount of rupees 127 should be refunded as both recharged amount are blocked but rupees 127 has been deducted while 99 doesn’t.
so, i am registering my complaint against airtel company that two recharge amount which are blocked but one have transaction declined status(99) while for other amount(127) is deducted without any benefit to consumer.
I want my recharge amount asap…
