This is in reference to my filed TDR for the ticket PNR 2361332748.
I did not travel because train was 8 hours late. I filed the TDR on IRCTC portal against my booked ticket.
Total ticket cost was 3000 Rs, but the refunded only 1500 Rs.

Train No. 15108, MTJ CPR EXPRESS
Date of travel: 1 October 2014
Mathura: Mathura
To: Gorakhpur

I raised the complaint to [email protected], but they are not responding well enough just delaying the things.
It’s been more than a week when I raised the complaint.
As per railways rule: If train is more than 3hours late and passenger did not travel. Full refund should be given to a customer for his/her filed TDR
