We had purchased dry fruits gift box of wooden from hyper citywhich cost around Rs. 750, thane, ghodbunder road. there was one box which was open , we just checked item inside that box, and picked another packed one box & kept in our trolley. That wooden box was laminated with transparent plastic paper, when we open that box, it was totally broken.
When we took it back to hyper city(hardly within 20 min) to replace they denied to do so and blamed us that it has been broken by us only because we had handled it carelessly.
Pls help us..
