Service After Sales Problem

Dear Sir,

I am Totaly fedup with Micromax Sevice Centre Nagpur Cenetre.

I Have 2 -3 Mobile Phone of Micromax Brand,and they become faulty during the using it,and i wen to nearest Service Center in Nagpur City,which is authorized service Center,after submission of Handset the never respond to return back to customer and take minimum 30-90 Days,and there is no any such person that who can reply about the subject.

Every day so many peoples came to revived there handsets but the go back as the Handset is not repaired after 60 days+,this is the general Practice of the Micromax care Nagpur Canter.

My Job Sheet No- W030626-0814-11722801 Dt 25.08.14

For replacement of Hands free and Charger with Data Cable,but til date they were asking it will take more then 1week.

Pl look in to the matter and reply as soon as possible
