vodafone charging Rs. 99 and Rs. 49 from balance

Im using vodafone 3g.. Vodafone had deducted Rs. 99 thrice from my balance for downloading some DNLD-HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH_99-HELLO1STORE and Rs. 49 twice for downloading some DNLD-DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130. Infact i haven’t download any such things.. but the customer care is not accepting it.. Please take immediate action
