I am registering my complaint against “Sahara Domestic & International Movers & Packers Pvt Ltd., having head office at Sahara House, # 15, 8th Cross, H. Siddaiah Road, Bangalore -560 027 with Service Tax code No. AAQCS2366CSD001.
I confirmed this company to relocate my household items (total 73 articles) from Bangalore to Ahmedabad. A person named Vijay from this company came to my house and gave me quotation (no. 033111). He informed me that I need to pay Rs. 10,000/- in advance and balanced amount shall be paid at the time of delivery in Ahmedabad. His personals who came to pack and load my households gave me a Challan with Consignment Note no. 16140 specifying paid amount as Rs. 10,000/- and balance as Rs. 18,953/- and initiated shipping of my households. The shipping date of consignment was 01/10/2014 and Mr. Vijay told me that my consignment will be delivered by 11/10/2014.
Now, few days back Mr. Vijay (9343994333) informed me that my consignment is on hold at Bangalore itself and as soon I will pay total balanced amount in advance they will start further shipping to Ahmedabad.
I spoke to company’s owner Mr. Jitesh Modi (mob no. 9341231571), he also responded in the same manner. They have clearly threatened me that until unless I will not pay the balanced amount they will keep my house holds with them.
How can I pay total billed amount without delivery and inspecting my goods as agreed at the time of booking. I really can not trust on this company anymore. I am running through very bad mental state and very much worried about my household items and also about the expenses and other related problems I am facing here in Ahmedabad without my household items.
Its my humble request you to please take action against the above company and help me in delivering my household items as agreed with the company.
